Hi! My name is Elizabeth "Alice" Cary, LCSW. I work with QTBIPOC folks who struggle with trauma, addiction, eating disorders/disordered eating and anxiety.
We explore what's hidden beneath your addiction, eating disorder and/or disordered eating. Using somatic practices and parts work; we safely dive deep into the issue/s that may have cause your eating behaviors and addiction/s to occur in the first place.
